The visit from the folks at the Squam Lakes Science Center was a huge success. They brought with them a red tail hawk (shown above), a beaver and a SKUNK!

You don't need to provide the cooked recipe, but if you'd like to make something to share that will add to the fun. We will all leave with some yummy new recipes to try!
